Transfer of RWS from ELFT to SWLSTG

Richmond Wellbeing Service is currently managed and operated by East London NHS Foundation Trust, but on 5th December 2022 the service will be taken over by South West London & St George’s NHS Trust. As part of the transfer, the new provider will receive a copy of the data that the service holds about you, including your contact details; demographic information such as age, gender and ethnicity; and clinical notes. If you are currently seeing one of our therapists or participating in one of our programmes, you should not notice any difference. You will continue with the same therapist, group or workshop as you have been attending so far. If you are currently waiting for treatment, our waiting list arrangements will continue and you will be contacted when we are able to offer you an appointment.
If you would prefer your data not to be shared with South West London & St George’s NHS Trust then please contact us no later than 30th November 2022 and ask to opt-out of the data transfer. If you have any queries about this transfer, please speak to the professional working with you, or give us a call on 020 8548 5550.
